The Corona virus has re-written the rules of life as we know it, both in our personal spaces and in business.
It has also given us a chance to re-set at a scale never before imaginable at the national and international levels and it is an opportunity Africa cannot miss given this continent’s long struggle for relevance and the desire for a window for a fair shake on global issues.
But it is up to us as Africans to make that telling difference. As someone said; “we have one history but multiple futures’’, we must take the chance to determine those many futures. At InAfrica Network we are raising our hands to say we want to be among the change makers.
Our platform is a marketplace of ideas in developing The Africa We Want as so eloquently put by the African Union in that grand vision spelt out in Agenda 2063. Like a good entrepreneur, we sincerely believe that in the myriad of challenges Africa faces lie the solutions for a better future.
So we will talk about the infrastructure that our continent desperately requires, the financing gap and the expertise required to shape it the way we want. We will find the public and private experts needed to discuss the regional and national value chains that we need in the new normal.
We will provide a platform for business to collaborate and compete across our 54 geographies while solving the issues in our local communes.
InAfrica Network is about Africa, the way we want it.
